This is a picture of me and my fellow chefs-in-training at a local school known as the ESDAI. It was a wonderful experience and challenge for me since I really like cooking, especially desserts, breads and sweets. I just finished in July and I miss it already. Most people don't know how difficult a career being a chef is. Chefs are very perfectionnist and are very critical of the smallest detail that is out of place. But I like challenges! I remember that they always pressured us to finish elaborate dishes in usually no more than 1 and a half to two hours. Moreover, it had to taste good and LOOK good, which is a bit of a challenge to say the least.
